LOG > 2021 11 8, time unknown

Hi. Still stuck on this space station hidden deep in the Mutara nebula. All station controls are labeled in an alien script we have yet to decipher. We do not know how to get home but we’ve found a way to explore distant worlds and strange dimensions by weaving portals with the looms that were here when we got sucked through space-time into this place. Time seems to work strangely here, though we have no way to confirm this hypothesis.

The dimensions we have encountered so far have been as numerous as they have been strange and wonderful. We are attempting to create a comprehensive archive of our observations in the cloth - which feels appropriate, as making cloth is what opens these portals in the first place. Diligent study of the warp travel process may help us research how these portals work - and perhaps even provide passage back to Earth.

In the meantime, at least we have coffee.
