Deeply entwined in orbit with each other and not the planet itself, the sister moons are an anomaly in the system. Bound together eons ago through magical contract, the sister moons began as satellites of the BROCC. As a result of these anomalous orbital dynamics, debris and space trash collects in the gravitational well at the center of the sisters, known colloquially as The Cauldron. Home to mages at all stages of their careers, each moon has its own flavor of magic.

The mages of Neon consider themselves the brightest lights of the system. Dedicated to upholding the righteous order of things as they should be, the mages here are obsessed with rule making and rule keeping.
